Evisu
Evisu is a Japanese designer clothing company known primarily for its premium denim wear. Founded in 1991 in Osaka by Hidehiko Yamane, Evisu was named after the Japanese god of prosperity, Ebisu. Initially, Yamane handmade each pair of jeans and painted the brand's signature seagull logo on them, emphasizing quality and craftsmanship. The brand rapidly gained popularity in the 1990s among the hip-hop community and became a symbol of high-end urban fashion. Evisu has since expanded its product line to include a wide range of apparel and accessories while maintaining a focus on quality and the artisanal heritage of its denim.
