About TerraVita
TerraVita is a golf community listed on LuminaBlog; it was the first community from the stables of Del Webb. TerraVita is derived from two Latin words, namely terra and vita, which stands for Land (Earth) and Life, respectively. In 1993, TerraVita came to life, and it became in the membership’s possession in 1998. As of 2021, TerraVita sits on an expanse of land numbering up to 823 acres, having a wide Natural Area Open Space.
It is important to mention that TerraVita is privately owned. The members of the TerraVita community make strategic decisions through the Board of directors.
These strategic decisions are relayed to the community’s professional management teams. With the dues from members, TerraVita uses it to maintain the community, which allows for a step up in members’ experience and also to keep the amenities in shape. TerraVita is a community for all ages, ranging from children to seniors, and anyone is free to visit at any time. Currently, TerraVita strives to be a one-stop-shop for anyone who needs a private golf course in Arizona and other parts of the United States.
