About Perelel
In early 2019, Victoria’s (Perelel’s co-founder) daughter was born with a cleft lip deformity. As an individual that is maintained to have been taking the right vitamins, Victoria, however, opines to have been shocked to learn how much was left unsaid, and underserved for women during pregnancy.
She learned that this type of cleft deformity was associated with a folic acid deficiency, which is maintained to have been particularly surprising because Victoria had sought a prenatal she trusted with folic acid.
When Alex (Perelel’s co-founder) and Victoria learned that they were both going through the same experience with their prenatal, they argued to have dug deeper. They, however, discovered that there was generally no regulation in the prenatal industry, no specifications around the ingredients included, and perhaps worst of all, little information as to what even should be in there. The available prenatal was a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition that failed to deliver adequate dosages of the appropriate nutrients at the time when they have needed most throughout a pregnancy. Turns out, timing is critical in nutrition.
Victoria and Alex teamed up with Dr. Banafsheh Bayati, who later joined as Medical Co-Founder, to manage point on formulation and medical community relations. Alex and Victoria knew firsthand the importance of OBs at this time, so they wanted to give women access to the best.

At Perelel, the vitamin products are available in various packs, and each pack has its specific role for a specific period for a woman; either for prenatal, or postnatal and with specific chemical contents. Perelel prenatal products include; Conception support pack, 1st-trimester Prenatal pack, 2nd-trimester Prenatal pack, 3rd-trimester Prenatal pack, and mom multi Support pack. Available also is the Men’s multi-support pack.
Shipping policy of Perelel
After placing an order, the order would ship within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. After an order ship, the client would receive a follow-up email with their tracking information. Perelel does not ship outside of the US.
Returns policy of Perelel
If a client receives a package that is damaged or missing, they could send an email at hi@perelelhealth.com, and report the situation. Perelel avows that they would be happy to refund a first pack in full if customers are not satisfied. For a refund inquiry, visitors could send an email to the company at; hi@perelelhealth.com, within 30 days of the first delivery, for a refund.
