OhSevenDays label was founded by a Canadian-born and Australian bred Megan Mummery when she moved to Istanbul and stumbled across a massive surplus of deadstock fabric rolls from large garment manufacturers. The shipping courier services used by OhSevenDays are FedEx Tracked Courier, which delivers to the US, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world within 5 to 14 working days. All orders are said to be processed and shipped from the brands’ Istanbul office within 48 hours of placement and credit verification. Depending on the customers’ location, delivery times will vary.
They also claim to offer free shipping for all orders delivered within Turkey, and order dispatch is done within 24 hours of purchase. Generally, the shipping time frame for orders destined in Turkey takes 1 to 3 days for MNG ground shipping. Return and Refund Policy
OhSevenDays accepts unaltered, unworn, and unwashed return items that were bought at full price within 30 business days from the date of delivery. They claim not to offer exchanges or refunds for all discounted items since their sales are final. Orders returned as a result of an invalid address are subject to a $20 re-shipping charge. All defective items must be returned to the brands’ Istanbul office, and it must include the order number and a note explaining the reason for a refund request. Once they receive your returned item, OhSevenDays may take up to 10 working days before they credit a refund to your original payment method, less shipping fees.
