Have you ever stayed in a 5-star hotel before? If you have, you will understand that there is another level to this thing called 'comfort'. 5-star hotels provide the best hospitality service from the room interiors to the wall designs and especially the beddings ranging from the pillows, bedspreads, duvets, and of course the bathing products like towels. All these materials are provided in their finest quality in any 5-star hotel. Now have you ever imagined having such fine quality materials in your home as seen in 5-star hotels?
Having these high-quality 5-star hotel materials would transform your home into a 5 star home. Some companies have argued that they bring the 5-star hotel experience to their customer's homes and of such firms that you may check out is FluffCo.
FluffCo alleges that they bring luxury hotels to the homes of their customers. They profess that they bring the 5-star hotel experience to customers' homes at a price that makes sense. The firm further argued that they are thoughtful about their products, from how they make and source each one to the impact they can have on their community.
FluffCo insisted that they did their research. Their catalog allegedly only contains items they meticulously tested and are sourced from the same factories that make 5-star hotel products. They claim that what customers get are comfortable goods, custom-made with the customers in mind.
FluffCo maintains that their products are ethically sourced and that they only partner with manufacturers that use the highest ethical standards to make their products. FluffCo argued that all of their down and feather products are certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), and this allegedly means that all of their FluffCo products are obtained humanely.
Products and services of FluffCo
FluffCo maintains that they offer products like pillows, bath kits, towels, robes, comforters, and other home hospitality products. FluffCo also claims to ship to Canada for a nominal fee. They noted that however, some orders may incur additional customs charges upon arrival.
The firm alleges that they accept all returns and exchanges if the customer ships the item(s) back to them within 30 days of the date that they were delivered to the customer. They however alleged that all exchanges are final and they maintained that any pillows that are returned or exchanged must not be damaged (no stains or tags removed), as they will ultimately be donated.
However, the FluffCo free returns and exchanges policy only applies to US orders. They also maintained that they have a return policy whereby a customer has any issues with their order and would like to return or exchange an item, such a customer can just email them at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving their order, and they will send such customer a prepaid shipping label via return email.
FluffCo however insists that customers must have all original packaging to qualify for a return. Customers may allegedly exchange their product one time, after which it will no longer be eligible for a refund or second exchange.
