Everybody & Everyone
Clothing is a basic human need, no matter how poor one is, one must at least make sure that one wears cloth to cover nakedness. However, in modern times, clothing has gone more than just covering nakedness, it is now rebranded into what is called fashion. Fashion could be defined as the process of cloth design, production, styling, and general clothing perspectives to suit individual tastes and personalities.
Fashion has to do with the styles, patterns, and designs one feels comfortable wearing.
It is a rave that will continue to glow in all moments. Nevertheless, companies in the fashion industry are now saddled with the responsibility of making designs and patterns from materials that do not affect the environment. As such, many fashion firms claim that they make clothes from materials that do not affect the environment, and one of such fashion firms is Everybody & Everyone.
About Everybody & Everyone
Everybody & Everyone was founded by a woman, a mother who wanted to be able to answer the question: Can I make clothes to make life easier, and can I make clothes that are better for the planet? And it is believed that the process to answer these questions is what brought Everybody & Everyone to life.
Everybody & Everyone claims that becoming sustainable goes all the way back to how their clothing is made. They alleged that their supply chain is built on some strict eco-friendly concepts; each of their raw materials is measured for its sustainable footprint, and to save energy, most of their fabrics are produced near the garment factories in which they’re made into clothing.
Everyone & Everybody affirms that they also work with partners (including their manufacturers and factories) who are committed to sustainability. And this means that these partners of their use solar power, they conserve electricity, they reduce water usage, and they also hold themselves to high standards of wastewater treatment. All of them are allegedly green, and most are eco-certified.
Products and services of Everyone & Everybody
Everyone & Everybody affirms that they offer clothes made from eco-friendly materials like sweaters, outerwear, jackets, and other types of clothes. They assert that their sweaters are made by Naadam, cashmere experts who allegedly use clean energy manufacturing processes without toxic chemicals, pay fair wages to their herders, and invest in healthy breeding practices for their goats. This company maintains that their outerwear is made by EcoAlf, an alleged European B corp making high-quality products out of 100% recycled materials.
Everybody & Everyone profess that they are a certified member of the following organizations: The Microfibre Consortium, whose focus is on the environmental impacts of microfiber and how to minimize them; Textile Exchange, a nonprofit that allegedly exists to help companies in the textile industry speed up their sustainability practices; and the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, which is committed to the Higg Index, a sustainability measurement system.
Everyone & Everybody maintained that they are committed to using as many recycled materials in their collections as possible. As their ultimate goal is to achieve a closed-loop system, where everything they make is a recycled product of something else they made before.
